The Art Army Boot Camp for Kids

KIDSKO Summer Camp Program featuring THE ART ARMY BOOT CAMP

A special "Kids Art Army with Perego" week is new this year and will include art appreciation, introduction to famous artists and their work, an Art Challenge with games and trivia, and a collaborative art mural. Perego, a local artist, will be helping the children learn more art concepts and demonstrate specific skills with different art mediums. We will complete a mural with Perego at our NEW North Campus and the children in Summer Camp will help. We will also witness a performance art show that won him a spot on America's Got Talent! lets celebrate- "We are Art!"

KIDSKO Summer Camp program is available for all children ages five through twelve years of age.
KIDSKO is a developmental preschool center for children six weeks to twelve years. Our philosophy is to provide quality care in a positive learning environment that embraces active learning while enhancing physical, cognitive, social and emotional development for young children and the families we serve. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am till 6:00 pm. Our Centers participate in the USDA Food Program which provides a well-balanced, nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Each meal is served with milk and/or juice. Our teachers are level II background screened, trained and experienced in early childhood education.

The Art Bar in Daytona Beach


The ART BAR a warehouse nightclub dedicated to the ARTS! Open for a month & half & going strong.

Currently we are showing the diverse works of Jerry Marder, Kenneth Miller, & Shannon Holt.

Friday Night Inferno is Daytona's only Friday night dance party with different dj's each week. Upcoming shows include HYDROFUNK v7.0 on Friday April 23rd with DJs Bandar, Ebin Flow -vs- Hectix, Inspectah Tech and more.

"The official" Sol-Rays Reunion on April 30th with Sol-Rays original resident dj's Eric Berretta, Dave Davis, Def Jeff and Billy-Z plus special guest D-Xtreme and Stylus. $3 U Call Its till midnight.

Saturday nights are REWIND "the best and worst of the 90's and Ladies drink FREE till midnight and guys get $3 domestics and mixed drinks all night mixed by DJ Raskel.

Opening of the Plein Air exhibition at GOLA in Flagler Beach

The plein air opening at GOLA - Gallery of Local Artist starts this Friday evening from 6-9 PM.

Alice’s Garden Competition by Florida Museum for Women Artists

The Florida Museum for Women Artists is hosting a competition with the theme "Alice's Garden." Art Consortium of Volusia County member Michaela Kraemer has entered this lovely whimsical sculpture of the White Rabbit for the competition, which took her countless hours to create. This piece features faux cotton candy tree ornaments (colored cotton balls), leaves made of pages from alice's book, and beatiful fairy house house with a tree and Bunny. There are bottles labeled "Drink me" and Cupcakes with an "Eat me" sign.
